FIXING NAILS POLICY   

We are happy to guarantee and fix your nails without any charge if they are chipping or peeling   Simple Polish for 48 hours.    

Shellac/Gelish for 7 days.  

Acrylic/Gel Powder/BIAB Nails for 14 days.  

Cancel or Reshedule for free up to 6 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late Cancellation/Reshedule or 50% for not showing up. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged 30% of the treatments. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this. This is to be fair to all our customers.
